Summer Asizes 1817, <16>th June, number 94, Isaac Ballard, age 22 of Hannam,
Commited by <Hum> Greswick Esq, Crime. Charged on the oath of Thomas Pratton, of the hamlet of Oldland in the parish of Bitton Labourer, on suspision of having in company with other persons felloniously broken open the dwelling house of the said Thomas PRATTON situate in the hamlet felloniously stolen taken and carried away theroff a quantity of shirts and other articles a wearing apparel of the value of £5 the property of the said Thomas PRATTON.
