Feb 2nd 1818 Isaac Ballard otherwise Garland, age 22, of Hannam, Commited by <Hum> Greswick Esq, Crime. Charged on the oath of William <Hatlers>of the parish of Bitton coachmaker, with having willfully maliciously felloniously set fire to his dwelling house felloniously stealling theroff one hand saw value 2/ and two <inch> <....> value <6..>, several other articles - and also charged on the oath of francis PEARCE of the parish of Mangotsfeild <labourer> suspision of having fellonously broken <open> and out house adjoining his dwelling house and felloniously stollen taken and carried away <there from one spade> value about <6d> of about four sacks of potatoes value one pound upwards the property of the said Francis Pearce.
