May 14th 1819 Isaac Ballard, age 22, of Hannam, Commited by Stephen <cave> Esq. Crime. on the oath of Stephen Flook of Oldland in the parish of Bitton, engineer, with having on sunday night the second day of May or early in the <.......> of monday the 3rd of may with maliously <...........> and out his dwelling house ans stolen taken and carried away therefrom a quantity of waering apparel <...> one blue coat three waist coats three shirts three pairs of stockings one gown 5 shawls one shirt and a quantity of other articles of the value of £5 his property.
