David BARNES of Siston Yeoman in County of Gloucestershire
One piece of Ground called Goose Eyre Containing 4 and a half acres situate in Siston in the occupation of George LEE. Also two cottages and Gardens in the Hamlet of Oldland and Bitton in the occupation of Samuel (?)EFFIN and Francis SPICER unto Brother in law Robert WILLIAMS for life and afterwards to form part of my residuary estate.

All personal Estate to my Brother in ( the word law has been left out) after his decease to David BRAIN of Golden Valley in Bitton Coalminer and Robert Leonard JEFFERIES of Bridge Yate Siston gentleman upon trust.

To sale at auction and invest (only?) £200 and pay the interest weekly to Sarah SILMAN my servant for her life and after her decease to pay £200.00 to Abraham FUSSELL of Kingswood Hill Oldland Cordwainer upon Trust to pay residue monies equally between my nephew Samuel WILLIAMS and Niece Elizabeth the wife of Daniel GREENLAND and the three natural children of my late Niece Ann WILLIAM who are now residing with Daniel GREENLAND and whom I give the same absolutely that is one third part to Samuel WILLIAMS one third part to Elizabeth GREENLAND and the remaining third part to the children of Ann WILLIAMS
