of Bristoll sonne of Richard BUSH late of Wrington deceased - landes tenements and hereditaments in Somerset (except lands in Dondrey ); terme of yeres yet unexpired in my ffarme called Ham ffarme in the parish of Yatton

my wief 10 of my best kine & a Bull, 6 of my best oxen , a waine and plough geare and plough harnesse; 200 weather sheepe as they shall run from the ffoulde; nott the best nor the worste but one with the other; 4 of my best featherbeds and bedsteads 4 of my worst flocbeddes and bedsteades with their furniture, half of all my swyne and poultry, in and about the house; 6 pannes 6 potts 6 broaches 3 frying pannes 5 chests 10 boardclothes 6 dozen of napkins 12 paire of sheetes, my best gelding and mare with the sadle brydle and furniture that she usually rydeth withall, my best ..... & haulf of all the maulte that shall be in my house after my decease and funerall ended &all her wearing apparrell ringes and jewells, Also 200 poundes in money to be paied her within the compasse of two yeres by a 100 poundes a yere; a basin and ewer of silver - guilte 2 silver boale cuppes par. guilt --- silver cuppes with a silver tankard;the use and occupation of all boardes formes stooles and all other --- vessell in and about the house duringe her naturall life, she nott removinge nor alteringe the same, but to leave it unto my executor after her decease; all the woode felled and cut downe in and aboute my house after my ffunerall performed.
