This is the last will and testament of me Thomas George MILSOM of Hanham in the County of Gloucester shoemaker First I direct payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses by my executrix herein after named and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my dear wife Eliza MILSOM for her own use for her natural life and from and after her decease
I give devise and bequeath the same unto my brother James MILSOM and my cousin Frank DYER upon trust to sell and convert the same into money and as to the nett proceeds arising therefrom upon trust to devise the same unto and equally between all and every my children and child who being sons or a son should attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters or a daughter should attain that age or marry and the issue of such of them as may be dead such issue nevertheless taking their deceased parents share only per stripes between themselves Provided always as I hereby empower my said trustees to apply the presumptive share of any infant legatee under this my will in and towards his or her maintainance education and advancement and the receipt of their parents or natural guardians shall be good discharges to my said trustees for the same who shall not be bound to see to the application thereof
And further I hereby empower my said wife during her life in case she shall think fit to sell or otherwise dispose of all or any of my said real and personal estate at such times and in such manner as she may think fit and appropriate the nett proceeds of such sale for her own use and benefit And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and revoke all former wills
In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand this third day of December eighteen ninety two.
Signed and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our names as witnesses the forgoing will having been first carefully read over to him and he appeared perfectly to understand the same.

Thomas George MILSOM was born 12.7.1841 at Newchurch, St. George son of Thomas MILSOM and Harriet BRITTON, formerly HEMMINGS, who married 20.2.1837 at St. Pauls Church Bristol.
Thomas George married Eliza BARNES 29.5.1860 at Christ Church Hanham. She was born 24.11.1839 at Hanham Mills daughter of Joseph BARNES and Harriet BEESE who were married 20.8.1839 at St. Marys, Bitton
Great grandfather of Brenda Mary TWYFORD who married Reginald James HARRIS 23.7.1949 at Hanham Methodist Church.
