This is the last will and testament of me Daniel PALMER of the parish of Bitton in the County of Gloucester, smelter, made this twenty fifth day of January in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen as follows, that is to say, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Hester PALMER all and singular my leasehold and ? lands tenements and hereditaments and all other of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature or kind soever to hold the same unto my said wife for and during the term of her natural life provided she shall so long continue my widow
and from and immediately after her decease or second marriage as aforesaid which shall first happen. I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my children Sarah wife of Daniel DEMERY of the said parish of Bitton smelter, Stephen PALMER Mary wife of Robert NOTT of Bitton aforesaid wire drawer Elizabeth wife of George PACKER of the said parish of Bitton Pin manufacturer, Dinah PALMER, Daniel PALMER and Charlotte PALMER To and Hold the same unto them their executors administrators and ? for all the ? of ? ? ? and interned therein then to come in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants subject nevertheless
and I do hereby charge and make chargeable the same and every part thereof with the payment of my just debt funeral and testamentary expenses and do hereby appoint my said wife Hester PALMER sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofor made in witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
