In the Name of God Amen I Mary COSTER of Redbrook within the Parish of Newland in the County of Gloucester Widow being in perfect Health Memory and Understanding Considering the Uncertainty of Life Do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and fform following hereby revoking and making Void to all Intents and Purposes whatsoever all and every former Will and Wills Testament and Testaments by Me at any time or times heretofore made and Executed
Ffirst and Principally I do give and bequeath my soul to God hoping that through Infinite Merits And Bitter Death of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and the Infinite mercy of God to Obtain a Joyful Resurrection and my Body to the Earth to be buried by my Executors herinafter named in Christianlike manner suitable to my Circumstances and Quality and as to my Worldly Estate where with God hath bestowed on Me I do dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis
I give and devise unto my son Thomas COSTER all my Right Title and Interest in all that my Estate called? Whathen and also all that my house situate in Colledge Green within the City of Bristoll and also all my stock and interest in Mines Engines Brass stock and Tin stock which I have in company or Partnership with my sons Thomas and Robert COSTER or otherwise howsoever together with all the Profits that shall arise from the same by Trade and Succession to hold to Him the Said Thomas COSTER during the term of his Natural Life and from and after his decease To the use and behoof of his issue male and the heirs of such issue male and for want of such issue male to the Use and Behoof of my son Robert COSTER During the term of his natural life And from and after his decease to the Use and Behoof of his issue Male lawfully begotten or to be Begotten and the Heirs of such issue Male and for the want of such issue Male To the Use and Behoof of Anne STOUGHTON daughter of George STOUGHTON of Warwick Esq for and during the term of her Natural Life And after her decease to the Use and Behoof of her issue Male lawfully Begotten and the Heirs of such issue Male forever
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas COSTER two Thousand Pounds of Lawful British Money Item I give and bequeath unto my son Robert COSTER the sum of two Thousand Pounds of Lawful British Money Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Eugenia the wife of George STOUGHTON of Warwick Esq the sum of one Thousand Pounds of Lawful British Money for her own sole and separate use My Will being that her husband shall have nothing to Do or intermeddle therewith and her Release or Discharge for the same shall be Sufficient to my said Executors notwithstanding her coverture
Item I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Anne STOUGHTON aforesaid the sum of two hundred pounds of Lawful Money and also my Plate jewels household goods and all other my personal Estate of what kind or Nature soever Unbequeathed aforesaid by Me to my said son Thomas for her own Sole Use and Behoof If the said Anne STOUGHTON shall Live to have a Son born Lawfully Begotten of her Body I do hereby desire that his name may be COSTER otherwise she shall not be Entitled to the said legacy of Two Hundred Pounds Item I give and bequeath unto Mary PEIRCE the sum of Fifty Pounds of Lawful Money and
I do hereby charge all and Singular my said Estate and Interest in Brass Stock and Tin Stock herein before Devised with the payment of the Several legacies so bequeathed as aforesaid Item I give and devise unto my son Robert COSTER all my Right Title and Interest of and in all that my house in Colledge Green in the City of Bristoll now in the possession of James RICKSEY and to his Heirs forever and of this my Last Will and Testament
I do Constitute and appoint my said sons Thomas and Robert COSTER to be my sole and joint Executors In Witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and seal this second day of February in the Year of our Lord 1731 [Signed: Ma: COSTER]

THIS WILL was PROVED at London on Eighth Day of May in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Before the Worshipful George LEE Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Cantebury Lawfully Constituted By the Oath of Thomas COSTER Esq the Surviving Executor named in the said Will To whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased He being first sworn well and truly to Administer the same.
