"…to my dear & loveing wife Mary COSTER all my dwelling houses gardens barnes stables lands hereditaments & personal estate at the tything of Coleford or elsewhere for & during her widowhood and after the determination of her said estate I give all my said real & personal estate to my son James COSTER, he paying out of my said real estate £250 within one year next after the death or marriage again of my said wife to my daughter Sarah COSTER and I do appoint my said wife Mary COSTER sole executrix of this my this my will and I desire my good friends Thomas NEWMAN gent & Roger CLARKE both of Coleford to be Overseers & Trustees of this my will..."
