His mother, Mary Ann MEERE Widow, sole Executrix and universal Legatee who survived the said testator but died without having taken upon herself the Probate and execution of the said Will

And be it further know, that at the date hereunder written. Letters of Administration with the Will amended of the personal estate of the said Lawson Frederick MEERE deceased were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Birmingham to Rivers DUNNETT of Bristol Road in the city of Birmingham Gentleman the sole Executor of the will of the said Mary Ann MEERE deceased he having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same. Dated the 31st day July 1899.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Lawson Fred MEERE of 279 Saint Vincent Street Ladywood birmingham Blacksmith. I give devise and bequesth all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of nature or kind sol... whether in possession ....remainder or contingancy unto my mother Mary Ann MEERE of Sait vincent Street aforesaid widow for her own sold and absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said mother executrix of this my last will and Testament As witness my hand this eleventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight.

Signed by the Testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of we who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have entered our names as witnesses

On the 31st day of July 1899 Administration (with his will) of the effects of the Testator was granted at Birmingham to Rivers DUNNETT the sole Executor of the will of Mary Ann MEERE widow deceased while living the sole executrix and
