This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary MEERE of Keynsham in the county of Somerset spinster.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be in the first place paid off and discharged by my executor hereinafter named.
All my estate effects both real and personal monies securities for money and whatever I may be possessed of at the time of my decease and wheresoever situate lying and being and all my estate right and interest therein I give devise and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my sister Hester MEERE of Keynsham aforesaid spinster to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Roger EDWARDS of Keynsham aforesaid Surgeon sole Executor of this my last will hereby revoking and making void all former and other will or wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and do publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five. Signed: Mary MEERE. (Initials in a circle) LS.

Proved at London 22 August 1825 before the Worshipful Charles Coote Dr. of Laws & (Surrogate?) by the oath of Roger EDWARDS the sole Executor to whom administration was granted being first sworn duly to administer.
