This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Frederick MEERE of 254
Hubert Road Selly Oak in the County of Worcester Plumber: I appoint my wife Lucy
Jane MEERE and James HEATH of 40 Lottie Road Selly Oak aforesaid
Executors of this my will and I direct them to pay my just debts and funeral
and testamentary expenses and any mortgage debts that may be charged on any
property of mine and subject thereto I devise and bequeath all my real and
personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said wife Lucy Jane MEERE absolutely In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of
August One thousand nine hundred and five - T F MEERE - Signed by
the said testator and by him declared to be his last will and testament in the
presence of us present a the same time who in his presence at this request and
in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses: George
BISHOP Clerk with Coleman & Co Solicitors Birmingham; Fredk SANDERS Hay Mills Police Officer.
On the 15th day of March 1906 Probate of this Will was granted to Lucy Jane
MEERE one of the Executors.
