In the name of God Amen I William MEERE of the Parish of Dirham in the County of Gloucester yeoman being Mindful of my Mortality Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First I give and Bequeath unto my son William MEERE the sum of two hundred pounds
Also I Give and Devise unto my Wife Mary MEERE all that my Messuage and Tenement with the Appurt(enance)s together with the Field adjoining which I hold by or under Lease from William BLATHWAITE Esquire of Dirham aforesaid and all my Estate Right Title and Interest of and in the same Premises with the Appurt(enance)s to have and to hold to her my said Wife her Executors Adm(inistrat)ors and Assigns and to and for her and their own use and benefit all the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be and not herinbefore given or Disposed of (illegible)er Payment of my Debts and Funeral Expences I do (?h)ereby Give and Bequeath unto my aforesaid Wife Mary MEERE her Executors Adm(inistrat)ors and Assigns to and for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and
Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son William MEERE the Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two
