I, Charlotte OLDS of No. 8 Sydenham Terrace, Bath, widow, declare this to be my last will and testament, made this 6th April 1895. I appoint my son, William Greenslade OLDS and my daughter, Lucy Maria HAWKINS to be executor and executrix of this my will.
To my eldest daughter, Mary Eliza DAINTY, wife of William Henry DAINTY of Queenston, Ontario, Canada, I give and bequeath my freehold house No. 20 Wellington Place in the parish of Walcot, Bath.
To my daughter Lucy Maria HAWKINS, wife of Frederick Alfred HAWKINS of No. 29 Southgate St., Bath, I give and bequeath my freehold house No. 18 Wellington Place in the parish of Walcot, Bath.
To my son, William Greenslade OLDS of 29, Stall Street, Bath I give and bequeath whatever interest I may have (if any) in anyway relating to his leasehold premises or business or goods of any sort within the aforesaid 29, Stall St., Bath.
And as to the rest or residue of my estate after all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, I give and bequeath the same unto and equally between my said three children, Mary Eliza DAINTY, Lucy Maria HAWKINS and William Greenslade OLDS but in case of my son dying before me, I direct his share to be divided between my two said daughters.
Probate granted 17th July 1899 at Bristol to William Greenslade OLDS.
