Samuel BURCHELL the younger and Elizabeth GEORGE: administrators with will annexed
This is the last will and testament of Ellen Lousia (sic) OLDS of Regent Street, Kingswood made this nineteenth day of June 1895. The house, shop, slaughterhouse and orchard situate in Regent Street, Kingswood, I give to my brother Samuel BURCHELL of Soundwell and Elizabeth GEORGE of Kingswood with the furniture and effects thereon, the same to be realised and equally divided, the money in the Post Office Bank and in Stuckeys Bank in my name to be drawn by my brother Samuel BURCHELL after paying all expenses the remainder to be equally divided between my brother and sister,
to my niece, Matilda GEORGE, I give my piano, to my servant, Elizabeth BOND, I hereby give the sum of £30 free of legacy duty the same to be placed in the Post Office Savings Bank until she is thirty years of age by her trustees. And I hereby appoint my brother Samuel BURCHELL and my sister Elizabeth GEORGE trustees of the said legacy. In witness....
On the 18th December 1895, Administration (with this will) of the effects of the testatrix was granted at Bristol to Samuel BURCHELL the younger and Elizabeth GEORGE, two of the legatees.
