This is the last will and testament of me Hannah OLDS of Hanham in the parish of Bitton in the County of Gloucester, widow. I bequeath unto and equally between the children of my late brother Aaron WESTON or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease the sum of twenty pounds and also ?? of my household furniture. I also bequeath to my niece Ann WESTON, a daughter of my brother John WESTON deceased the sum of ten pounds and to my nephew Samuel CRYER the sum of ten pounds and as to all my real estate and all the residue and remainder of my personal estate and efforts whatsoever and whosoever and whether in possession, reversion?,remainder? or expectancy? I give devise and bequeath the same unto and to the use of my nephew Richard CRYER son of Thomas ffox CRYER deceased his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. And I appoint the said Richard CRYER to be executor of this my will and herby revoking all other wills I? this to be my last in witness whereof I have set my hand to this 20th day of February in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.

The mark X of Hannah OLDS signed by the said testatrix Hannah OLDS as her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses: Robert HOLLIS, Stonemason; Priscilla NEEDS, wife of George NEEDS, stone mason.

Proved at London 30th March 1852 before the judge by the oath of Richard CRYER, the nephew, the sole executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.
