By the permission of Almighty God I, Jonathan OLDS of the parish of Bitton in the County of Gloucester, wheelwright being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do this sixth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following: that is to say I give and bequeath unto my wife Hannah OLDS my cottage and garden in the Hamlet of Hanham in the parish of Bitton aforesaid to hold the same unto her for and during so much of my real estate and interest therein as she shall happen to live. And from and after her decease, I give the same cottage and garden unto my two children William OLDS and Sarah WILLIS, wife of William WILLIS equally between them for and during all the [then?] remainder of my real estate and interest therein. And as to all the residue and remainder of my estate and efforts whatsoever and wheresoever, I give and bequeath the same unto my said wife. And I appoint her sole executrix of this my will And hereby revoking all former wills, I declare this only to be my last. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written: Jonathan OLDS, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Jonathan OLDS as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us Danl. Ames DAVIS, Wm. VINECOMBE, clerks to Mr Hy DAVIS, Solr. Bristol.
Proved at London the 19th February 1842 with four codicils before the judge by the oath of Sir William OYLANDER, Baron of the Brother, the sole Executor named in the third codicil to whom administration was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
