This the last will and testament of me Elizabeth WILMOT of the city of Bristol widow I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and personal estate of what nature and kind soever which I may die possessed of interested in or intitled unto with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto and to the use of my son Samuel Reynolds WILMOT his heirs executors and administrations assigns to and for his and their own absolute use and benefit Subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses And I appoint my said son sole executor of this my will and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Elizabeth Wilmot the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us whom in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Maria Frances WILMOT born c.1790 1st. of Redcliff Parade. 2nd of 50 Castle St. in 1832. Died a spinster will written 1852 and annexed 19.11.1858.
