I Elizabeth WILMOT of the city of Bristol widow being of sound and disposing mind do make this my last will and testament as follows First my will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid off and discharged

I give and devise unto John WESTON of Woodhouse in the county of Gloucester gentleman all that my messuage or tenement garden orchard with their appurtenances situate and being in Olveston in the said county of Gloucester to hold unto the said John WESTON his heirs and assigns for ever upon trust that he shall from time to time receive the rents and profits of the said (?) until the same shall amount to the sum of ten pounds and as soon as the said (?) pounds shall be raised my will is that the said John WESTON shall pay over the same to my daughter Mary the wife of Thomas COX her executors administrators and assigns and from and after the said sum of (?) (?) shall be raised as aforesaid then in trust for the sole and separate use of my daughter Elizabeth the wife of John MEREDITH for the term of her life and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the same messuage and hereditaments to my grand daughter Sarah MEREDITH and her heirs for ever

I give and devise unto my daughter Elizabeth all that my close of meadow or pasture ground called or known by the name of Allmead situate and being in the parish of Olveston aforesaid now in the occupation of Samuel FISHER with its rights members and appurtenances to hold unto my said daughter Elizabeth and her heirs for ever I give unto my said daughter Mary my (?) Grate also my best bed and its furniture

All the rest and residue of my goods chatels and estate whatsoever I give unto my said son in law John MEREDITH for ever whom I make sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the eighteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four

Signed sealed published and declared by the testatrix Elizabeth WILMOT as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request set our names as witnesses hereto

Fourth day of September 1769 admon of the goods of the above named Elizabeth WILMOTT deceased together with her last will and testament annexed was granted to Sarah MEREDITH spinster a legatee named the said will at Bristol by the Revd.James BACKHOUSE etc etc John MEREDITH sole executor and residuary legatee named in the said will dying in the lifetime of the said testatrix
