In the name of God Amen I Hester WILMOTT of the parish of Bitton in the county of Gloucester widow being in perfect health and of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do this fifth day of Febraury in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four make ordain publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and for following that is to say

In the first place I will my just debts funeral expenses and the charge of proving this my will to be paid and discharged All the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects whether real or personal or of what nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath the same unto my daughter Elizabeth NOTT wife of George NOTT of the parish of St. Philip & Jacob in the county of Gloucester millwright to hold to her her heirs executors and admons for ever and I do hereby ordain constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth NOTT sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all others by me heretofore made and I do declare this only to be this my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said Hester WILMOTT have to this my said last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year first above written

Signed sealed published and declared by the testator Hester WILMOTT as and for her last will and testament in the presence of
Betty COX; Sarah NOTT; Edward YOUNG

This will was proved the twenty first day of January 1755 on the oath of Elizabeth NOTT wife of George NOTT executrix
